Manager of Franklin Agency

As the Manager for Franklin Agency, Paula's primary goal is to ensure that your account is professionally managed by our experienced agents. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Paula started as a captive agent, worked as an independent insurance agent, and now oversees various responsibilities within The Philadelphia Contributionship. Her passion for insurance stems from the knowledge that she has the power to protect people and their families. She understands that each client's needs are unique and that finding the right policy for them is crucial.

Paula graduated from Kean University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in International Finance. As someone who is always eager to learn, she has also earned CPIA and CISR designations in addition to her degree. Outside of work, Paula enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.

Denise Strecher

Account Representative

Denise Stecher has been in the insurance industry for 14 years. She has a wide range of experience and has worked directly for both insurance companies and independent insurance agencies. She enjoys helping others make sure they have the right coverage so in a time of need they have no worries.

When Denise is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their three dogs. She enjoys the outdoors, going to soccer games, and traveling the world. Her family is very active with no spare time since they are always on the go!

Sean O’Neil

Sean O’Neil began his insurance career in 2008 and has been with Philadelphia Contributionship since 2012. In his experienced role at the Franklin Agency, Sean provides his customers with a full range of resources from The Philadelphia Contributionship. Sean continues to grow and strengthen the relationships with the Franklin Agency clients, by providing friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable service. Sean enjoys his large family, sports, the outdoors, and trying to learn the piano.

Amanda Harvin

Agency Service Associate

Amanda Harvin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business. She has been a licensed agent for 9 years and is also licensed as an all-lines adjuster. She began her career in the insurance industry underwriting insurance for classic and collector cars. Amanda has a passion for protecting people and their families, so she plans on continuing to expand her portfolio in the insurance industry.

When Amanda is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her son's sporting events. Amanda's whole family are fans of the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoy attending those games. Traveling out of the country is another passion of theirs and they are steadily collecting passport stamps and memories.
