Our team is made up of licensed insurance agents who can service and answer questions regarding your existing policy. We offer annual policy reviews and can recommend coverage options needed to properly insure your property. Some of the coverages we offer either by endorsement to an existing policy or offering additional products:
Service Line:
Provides for the repair or replacement of underground systems that service the household, such as sewer lines, plumbing, electricity, and natural gas, as well as telecommunications and internet access. Service line coverage also includes the cost to replace landscaping, concrete work, and anything necessary to access the underground systems and restore the property to its pre-loss condition. Coverage limits of $10,000 or $15,000 are available at a very attractive annual cost, usually significantly lower than what’s available from your utility company.
Personal Cyber Coverage
Our modern online world has many emerging perils that aren’t covered by a typical homeowners, condo, or renters insurance policy. We have a package of protection for things like online fraud, intentional deception, system compromise, data breach, identity theft remediation, internet (reputational) clean-up, and cyberbullying. You can be reimbursed for costs associated with any of these troublesome events, plus we partner with third-party experts to guide you through the process of recovery.
Inland Flood Coverage
Inland Flood Coverage can provide added protection to homeowners, renters, or small farm policy for direct physical loss to the insured location. Inland Flood Insurance is not intended to satisfy the flood insurance requirements of your policyholder’s lending institution for their home mortgage or loan. Even if you’re not required to have flood insurance, it’s still a good idea to consider purchasing flood protection. It's also quite affordable.
Personal Umbrella:
In today’s highly litigious environment, having the right amount of coverage when you are found responsible for property damage or personal injury to others is very important and also very affordable. A personal umbrella liability insurance policy from TPC provides an extra level of protection and peace of mind for your home, your cars and even your boats and RVs. Limits begin at $1,000,000 and are available up to $5,000,000 for qualified applicants.
Flood Insurance with FEMA and Private Flood options:
Coverage for flood damage to your home is almost always not covered by your homeowner's policy. TPC offers a variety of options to protect your home and/or investment property from the peril of flood. We offer coverage from FEMA under the national flood insurance program (NFIP) as well as non-governmental insurance in the private flood marketplace. Most private flood options are even more affordable than the NFIP. You don’t need to own a property close to a body of water to experience serious flood damage.
Valuable Articles Coverage:
Most standard homeowners insurance policies offer limited coverage for jewelry or other valuable items. You can get the extra coverage you need with Valuable Items Coverage. This coverage can increase your insurance limit for each of your valuable items. It’ll also extend coverage to your lost or damaged belongings. Valuable items blanket coverage can help protect your valuables, like Jewelry, Furs, Silverware, China, or Crystal.

All policyholders of The Philadelphia Contributionship can access My Key – our online portal where you can access important information, pay your bill and communicate with licensed professionals who can help answer questions you have about your insurance policy.
Convenient Statement Billing
