Claim information can be found by searching the Claim number in The Key.
Where do I send proof of repairs or occupancy?
The quickest way to provide proof of repairs is to attach them in The Key. Open the policy file, attach the document and tag your Underwriter team.
Access commission statements in The Key?
Please reach out to your Territory Manager for a copy. Commission statements are not available in The Key.
Who do I contact about a commission issue?
The quickest way to reach our finance department is through your Territory Manager. Reach out to your assigned Territory Manager with any questions regarding commissions.
Do We offer ACH for commission payments?
Yes we do. Please download the ACH form found below under “Resources” and send a copy to your Territory Manager. They will work with our internal team to get your information inputted into our system.
Do we offer Ivan downloads?
Yes we do. Please download the IVANS form found below under “Resources” and send a copy to your Territory Manager.
How do I change the broker of record?
Agent should send the documents to your underwriting team or through the Underwriting Contact Form depending on your team assignment. This has to be sent PRIOR to the effective date of the policy or you will need to wait until next year. The ideal time frame for this is about 30-45 days prior to renewal.
I have misplaced my login credentials for The Key – Who do I contact?
If you forgot your credentials or need a new password, your Territory manager can help you get this information. Please contact them directly.
How do I add a new Producer to my agency?
To add a new producer to your agency, please download the Producer Appointment Form linked above. Have your new producer fill out the form. Please send the completed Producer Appointment Form and any necessary producer licenses to your Territory Manager and they will work with our internal team to get a new user set up. You will receive the new login credentials directly from your Territory Manager.
