I'm not one to usually write many reviews, however this one I strongly felt needed to be written. My adjuster, Nick H. deserves to be recognized for the exceptional service he has given throughout this long process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. As a first timer, he made the whole process painless for me. He was always very patient, caring and kind. Now a days, you don't usually come across someone who is willing to go above and beyond their regular obligations. However, he was superb in every way, there should be more employees like you! You are far beyond 5 stars, Nick! You're a huge asset to the company and didn't want it to go unnoticed! Thank you for all your help!
