Customers with a loss-free claims history should pay less than those who have prior claims. You should be rewarded for how well you maintain your home and prevent it from damage in the future.  TPC rewards customers who demonstrate claims-free behavior, even if you are a new customer!  And once you are a TPC customer, that claims-free record of yours earns you bigger discounts every year.  

New customers automatically receive a discount when there have been no losses within the three years preceding the initial effective date of the policy. Once your policy has been with us for 3 years the longer you go without a loss the bigger the discount.
