Top Workplace 2021

We are very pleased to announce that The Philadelphia Contributionship has once again been named as one of the Top Workplaces in the Philadelphia area! The list of Top Workplaces is published through The Philadelphia Inquirer and is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

The research-backed anonymous employee engagement survey consists of 24 base statements that capture anonymous responses in four culture imperatives:

  • Align: Where the company is headed, its values, cooperation, effective meetings
  • Connect: Employees feel appreciated, work is meaningful, working at full potential, clued-in to each other
  • Coach: Managers care about concerns, are helpful, encourage employee development
  • Performance: Execution, open-mindedness, innovation, clued-in leadership

The employee engagement survey also measures:

  • Employee Engagement: Productivity, retention, recruiting
  • Leadership: Confidence in company leaders
  • The Basics: Pay, benefits, flexibility, training, expectations

The Philadelphia Inquirer released the names of all the companies that made this year’s list on Sunday, however, they have not yet announced the rankings. The complete list along with rankings will be published in August. This is the 9th time in the past 11 years that we have been recognized as a Top Workplace and as always, we are extremely honored.
